Solution
Pipeline Generation
For teams whose primary goal is qualified pipeline in the next two quarters.
The short answer
Pipeline generation is the coordinated use of paid, content, SEO, and AEO to convert in-market buyers into qualified sales opportunities. Momentence runs it as one program with pipeline (not clicks) as the metric that matters.
- Pipeline compounds when paid, organic, and AEO share the same ICP and offer
- Landing page quality is worth more than another ad channel in most cases
- The right metric is qualified pipeline created, not MQLs generated
Is this you?
Check the symptoms.
- Sales blames marketing for pipeline; marketing blames sales for conversion
- Paid works but the second you cut it the pipeline vanishes
- MQL volume looks fine but SQL and pipeline dollars do not
- There is no shared ICP definition between paid, content, and sales
- You cannot answer 'what generated last quarter's pipeline?' with confidence
What we combine
Services in this solution.
Timeline
What the first six months look like.
01
Weeks 1 to 2
ICP alignment with sales, offer clarity, attribution audit, and paid instrumentation fix.
02
Weeks 3 to 6
Landing pages purpose-built per audience, campaign build, first content and SEO clusters shipped.
03
Weeks 7 to 12
Weekly paid iteration, content shipping, first AEO citations, and a shared pipeline dashboard live with sales.
04
Month 4 onward
Compounding: paid CAC improves as creative iterates, organic starts producing meetings, AEO citations grow.
Recommended tier
Usually a Momentum engagement.
Momentum $14,000/ month, 6-month minimum
Pipeline generation is the reason Momentum exists. Ignite is enough only if the site and foundation are broken first; Dominate applies when you run multiple products, brands, or geographies simultaneously.
FAQ
Questions about this solution.
How fast can we see qualified pipeline?
Paid pipeline typically shows in weeks 3 to 6 once campaigns and landing pages are live. Organic and AEO pipeline typically shows in months 3 to 6 and compounds from there.
Do you help with sales enablement?
We build the top-of-funnel and mid-funnel content and site that supports sales. Sales enablement materials (playbooks, decks, one-pagers) are add-ons, not core.
What if our sales team can't handle the volume?
Then we throttle intentionally. Overwhelming sales with unqualified leads is worse than fewer, better opportunities. We tune targeting and offer accordingly.
